Coverage
All Risks
Covers accidental physical loss of or damage to your property, which include Renovation, Improvements, Furniture, Fixtures & Fittings, Equipment, Stock in Trade (except Office Package) as well as Plate Glass. Deterioration of Stocks kept in refrigeration units contained in your premises up to limit allowed according to the Plan applicable to your business. Property and goods displayed at designated outdoor display area where allowed and approved by the relevant authorities.
Consequential Loss
Pays daily cash up to 120 days during the period of business interruption resulting from fire and other perils to the insured premises. Extension to cover closure of your business by the relevant public authorities consequent upon poisoning directly caused by the consumption of food or drink provided at the insured premises.
Money
Compensates you for the loss of money whilst in transit anywhere in Singapore or when it is kept within your business premises.
Personal Accident
Provides 24 hours worldwide protection on the life of employer(s)/ employee(s) against death or permanent disability including medical expenses incurred in the event of an accident.
Public Liability
Covers your legal liability for accidental bodily injury or property damage to a third party in connection with your business.
Goods-In-Transit
Protects against loss of or damage to insured property whilst in the course of transit by any vehicle owned by or hired by you.
Legal Expenses
Take care of your legal expenses incurred in connection with your business, including reimbursement of legal expenses in respect of Personal Data Protection Act.
Fire and Extraneous Perils on Building
Protects you against loss or damage to the building structure as a result of fire, lightning, malicious damage and sprinkler leakage.
Fidelity Guarantee
Eases your worries for losses arising from dishonest acts of your employees.
Work Injury Compensation
Protects employees for work-related injuries and occupational diseases sustained in their course of work. Please complete the Work Injury Compensation Insurance declaration form.

- Jewellery & time pieces exceeding S$750 per article
- Mobile phones, tablets and accessories
- Antiques and collectibles
- Coins and currency notes
- Works of art and sculptures
- Stamps, precious stones/metals
- Second hand and used goods
- Building and construction materials
- Livestock
- Alcohol & tobacco
- Joss sticks and joss papers
- Paints and varnishes
- Flammable and hazardous products
- Computer components including integrated circuit chips
- Battery and tyres workshops
- Nurseries and landscaping
- Motor showrooms
- Money changers
- Pawn shops
- Petrol station/kiosks
- Repair workshops
This plan does not cover risks:
- Shops situated in a wet/dry market
- Involving manual work outside of Insured's own premises except for the purpose of delivery of goods only
- Outside of Singapore with exception of the Personal Accident section
- Premises not of brick /tile /concrete construction
- Property kept in the open or without perimeter fence and/or security outside business hours

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
