How do I check on the progress of my claim application?
Please refer to "What happens next" Section to see the various channels through which you can enquire on the progress of your claim application. It takes 21 working days to process your claim after all supporting documents are received by us. Do expect a longer processing time during peak periods or if we require your co-operation for more information.
Can I claim for medical expense If I am admitted to an overseas hospital for an injury arising out of an accident?
Yes, If you are admitted to an overseas hospital for an injury arising out of an accident , you are covered for inpatient treatment up to the policy limit. You will need to settle the bill with the hospital first, then seek reimbursement from us upon return to Singapore.
If my claim is in foreign currency, how will you pay me?
We will pay all claims in Singapore dollars, at a reasonable exchange rate determined by us. We will not compensate You for exchange rate losses.
Can I claim for medical expenses incurred for treatment by a Chinese Physician or Chiropractor for an injury arising from an accident?
You can claim for medical expenses incurred for treatment by a Chiropractor or Chinese Physician subject to Policy terms and conditions. You must ensure that the Chinese Physician is registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioners Board and possess valid practicing certificates. Please remember to select the correct claim type for submission under the Medical Expense section.

Can I claim for health supplements, vitamins, prebiotics, probiotics and skin care products?
No. Health supplements, vitamins, prebiotics, probiotics and skin care products whether purchased over the counter or prescribed by a Registered Medical Practitioner are not claimable under the policy.
