Bailees Liability
Bailees Liability insurance covers your legal liability for physical loss or damage to customers’ cargo in your custody and control arising from your business operation as:
- A Road Haulier or Transporter;
- A Warehouse Operator, using your own warehouse and/or leased warehouse operated and controlled by you
However, Bailees Liability does not cover the liabilities of an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Owning Common Carrier) nor NAOCC (Non-Aircraft Owning Common Carrier) which will be more appropriately addressed under the Move@360o below.
Forwarders Liability – Move@360
Designed to give Freight Forwarders added assurance, this comprehensive insurance cover includes the liabilities of an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Owning Common Carrier) and/or NAOCC (Non-Aircraft Owning Common Carrier).
