Travel Alert: Please note that the U.S.-Israel-Iran Conflict is considered a known event and any resulting loss or liability (whether direct or indirect) will not be covered for trip(s) to Bahrain, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. This applies to: 
    • any Single Trip policy purchased on or after 28 February 2026, 1500 hrs; and
    • any Annual policy purchased on or after 28 February 2026, 1500 hrs or if the trip is booked on or after 28 February 2026, 1500 hrs
  2. 2. Applicant and all insured persons should be Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders, Dependent Pass Holders, Student Pass Holders or Long Term Social Visit Pass Holders and residing in Singapore.
  3. 3. Application for Child to be covered under an Individual, Group or Family policy must be made in the name of an Adult Policyholder.
  4. Child or Children means:
    • under an individual cover or group cover – someone less than 16 years old.
    • under a Family Cover – the legal child, or a ward, of the Adult and who is less than 21 years old or less than 25 years old in a full-time tertiary institution and is not married or employed.
